BEUK FAM Trips
The BEUK Familiarisation / FAM Trips or inward missions are seen as the most popular marketing activity for members. It is recognised as one of the most cost effective way for members to gain direct contact with potential clients. Different from other agent tours, the BEUK FAM trips are specially designed for corporations, training consultants and agents that are engagedin global business, to gain direct experience of quality business and professional English training and how companies could benefit from this. They also offer the opportunity to explore the rich history, culture and beautiful scenery that the country offers.
The candidates come on to the FAM trips usually are:
- Senior managers who are responsible for training & professional development within their organisations and are interested in professional English and communication training services. The organisations they work for should be represented internationally and primarily use English in their communications.
- Training providers who are interested in establishing business partnerships with Business English UK members.
- Government agencies and/or representatives who are responsible for sourcing languagetraining programmes.
- Educational consultancies who specialise in overseas education and corporate trainingprogrammes.
Business English UK runs two regular FAM trips each year – one in Spring (April / May) and one in Autumn (Oct / Nov), plus several tailor-made trips for special requests.
All BEUK inward missions are generously supported by UK Trade & Investment and open to BEUK members only.
